Amira joined the Vectre Corporation as a Government Relations Associate, bringing experience in stakeholder engagement, legislative research, and policy analysis from her role as Legislative Aide to Virginia House Delegate Bonita Anthony. She is skilled in managing legislative research, tracking bill developments across committees, establishing relationships with committee chairs and clerks, and collaborating on strategic communications.
Amira is a graduate of James Madison University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. She is a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa academic honor societies. She is also a member of the University of Virginia's Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership Emerging Leaders Program.
As a former Division I student-athlete, Amira received full athletic scholarships in women's basketball at both the College of Charleston and James Madison University, where she earned recognition as a Sun Belt Women's Basketball Champion in 2023. In her personal time, Amira enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with her Cane Corso, Giovanni.
